In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the vw188 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. vw188 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. If it is discovered at any time that a member is under 21 years of age, vw188 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with its legal obligations.

2.3 Personal Capacity. By opening an account you represent and warrant that: (a) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party; (b) you are not a professional player or a consultant employed by any competing gaming operator; (c) you are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether entered through vw188 or through any other gaming operator, that remains in force at the time of registration; and (d) you have not previously had an account with vw188 that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on vw188. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity or under different identities — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your vw188 account, including your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document, a valid email address, your current Indonesian mobile number, and your preferred IDR withdrawal bank account details. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

3.2 Account Security. You must notify vw188 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. vw188 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). vw188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into the account. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your vw188 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. vw188 will process the closure within 3 business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawal reviews, or active KYC verification processes. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered IDR bank account or e-wallet.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. vw188 processes all transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. vw188 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfer at this time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page within your account dashboard and are subject to change at vw188's discretion with reasonable notice. Transaction limits may vary by payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via supported Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are typically credited to your vw188 balance within minutes of a confirmed transfer. vw188 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on any calendar day are processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification before release. vw188 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal it deems necessary to review for fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

4.5 Withdrawal to Registered Account Only. All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the vw188 member account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined. vw188 reserves the right to request documentary proof that the destination account belongs to the registered member.

4.6 Dormant Account Fees. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. vw188 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Cashier section. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by vw188 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a member's account carry a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the account balance at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Game Weighting. Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and certain other product categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. vw188 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close an account where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same welcome bonus under multiple accounts; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinating with other members to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.5 Promotions During Ramadhan and National Holidays. vw188 regularly offers special promotions coinciding with Indonesian national holidays and cultural occasions including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions carry their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion and are subject to these general Terms in all other respects. Specific Gregorian dates for lunar-calendar holidays vary annually; refer to the active promotions page for current offer dates.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets are subject to the vw188 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Bets on BRI Liga 1 fixtures, international competitions (EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), and E-sports markets (MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile) are settled according to official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the bet to return a profit; one void or lost leg does not automatically void the entire accumulator unless stated in the product rules. Asian handicap (voor bola) markets settle on the final whistle result inclusive of injury time; extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome of the round will be determined by the provider's server-side records and those records shall be final and binding. vw188 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the member's end.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games. All slot and random number generator (RNG) games on vw188 are supplied by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, and are subject to independent RNG certification. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is stated in that game's information panel. Actual returns will vary from the stated RTP over any given session.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds publication, vw188 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant member accounts. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unintended mistake in published odds, game paytables, or promotion terms that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect. vw188 will communicate any such voiding to affected members via their registered email address.

7.1 Age Verification. vw188 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all product areas. Any member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately and all funds forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via live chat or email support. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. vw188 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion, including email marketing suppression and account login blocking.

7.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits from the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. 7.4 Reality Checks and Time-Out. Session duration reminders can be configured from the account settings. Members requiring a short break may request a time-out period of 24 hours to 30 days, during which the account will be suspended for all gaming activity.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the vw188 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the property of vw188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of vw188.

8.2 Limited Licence. vw188 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, data-mine, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content or data.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vw188 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gambling involves risk. vw188 makes no representation or warranty that you will win any amount by using the platform. Past performance of any game or betting market does not predict future outcomes. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your account.

10.2 Platform Availability. vw188 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or circumstances beyond vw188's reasonable control. vw188 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or access interruptions.

10.3 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vw188's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their vw188 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Consequential Loss. vw188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of goodwill, even if vw188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by members is governed by the vw188 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 vw188 implements 256-bit SSL encryption, device recognition, and suspicious-activity monitoring to protect member data and account security. However, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and vw188 cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

12.1 vw188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email to their registered address at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material clarifications may be updated without advance notice.

12.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the vw188 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
